IMLAY TOWNSHIP LEGAL NOTICE New Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map Adoption Notice is hereby given that the Imlay Township Board of Trustees, pursuant to Public Act 110 of 2006, has adopted a new Imlay Township Zoning Ordinance. At the SEPT 16TH, 2026 meeting of the lmay Township Board of Trustees, adopted an entirely n; zoning ordinance and supplemental zoning map. These changes addressed inconsistencies in references; made corrections to bring the ordinance into compliance with Michigan State statutes; implementation of the Imlay Township Master Plan, and many other changes. Per state statute, seven (7) days after the publishing of this notice, this Ordinance will become effective. Copies of the new Ordinance may be obtained by contacting the Township offices at (810) 724835, stopping at the Township Offices located at 682 North Fairgrounds Road, Imlay City Ml 48444, or on the Township’s website www.imlaytownship.org.
