NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING
Please note that the Capac Village Council will hold a regular council meeting on August 17, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., in the Village of Capac Municipal Building located at 208 North Main Street, Capac, Michigan 48014.
An ordinance to reduce the size of village council trustees from six to four will be one of the subjects of the meeting.
Copies of the proposed ordinance are available for public inspection and review at the Office of the Village Clerk located at 208 North Main Street, Capac, Michigan 48014.
This notice is given in compliance with MCL 62.1 and the Michigan’s Open Meetings Act, MCL 15.231 et seq.
